The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) is a worldwide system of classifying chemicals by the types of hazards they present. This will ensure that hazardous chemicals manufactured in one place will be able to communicate the appropriate hazards when the chemical is used in another place.
