Sometimes a claim isn't the right direction.
Early intervention is a program separate to a Worker's Compensation Claim. Here the workplace may pay for limited, minor medical appointments to support a employee. If an employee has any time off due to their work-related injury, they can put in a Worker's Compensation Claim.
